Terms and conditions

I. Introductory provisions

1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the rights and obligations between:

and the customer (hereinafter the “Buyer”).

2. The Buyer is a natural person – a consumer or an entrepreneur – who enters into a purchase contract with the Seller via the online store at www.larx.cz

3. Legal relationships not governed by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

II. Order and conclusion of the contract

1. An order is placed via the e-shop operated on the Shoptet platform at www.larx.cz

2. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller or by dispatch of the goods.

3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of unavailability of goods or a technical error in the price.

III. Price and payment terms

1. Prices listed in the e-shop are final, including VAT.

2. The price does not include shipping costs and any fees, which will be shown before the order is submitted.

3. Payment methods:

   • GoPay payment gateway (payment card, online bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

   • Bank transfer

   • Cash on delivery (if offered for the specific shipment)

IV. Delivery terms

1. Goods are delivered via contracted carriers to the address or pick-up point specified by the Buyer.

2. The delivery time is usually within 2–3 business days (depending on availability and the nature of the goods).

V. Withdrawal from the contract and returns

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, unless the law provides otherwise.

2. Exception: for heating films and mats customized to the customer’s specifications (e.g. cut to a specific length), withdrawal from the contract and returns are not possible (Section 1837(2)(d) of the Civil Code).

3. In case of a return, it is necessary to complete the “Withdrawal from the contract” form and send it to the Seller together with the invoice.

4. The Seller does not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

5. The Seller will refund the money to the Buyer’s account within 14 days.

VI. Complaints and warranty

1. The Seller is liable for defects in the goods in accordance with the Civil Code.

2. The warranty period is 24 months, unless stated otherwise.

3. A complaint must be filed by completing the Complaint Report, which the Buyer sends to the Seller by e-mail or together with the claimed goods.

4. The claimed goods must be sent after agreement with the Seller. The return code for the shipment will be generated by the Seller.

5. The Seller does not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

6. The complaint will be resolved no later than within 30 days of its submission.

VII. Personal data protection

1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

VIII. Final provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 29/09/2025.

2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; the new version is always published at www.larx.cz/obchodni-podminky-a-reklamacni-rad/

3. Disputes arising from the purchase contract may be resolved out of court via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
